Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of King AI: AI Video Generator, including subscriptions, credits, generated content, acceptable use, and App Store distribution terms.

End User License Agreement

Apps downloaded through the App Store are licensed, not sold. King AI uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store-distributed apps unless Apple or the developer provides a custom agreement in App Store Connect. The Apple Standard EULA is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Subscription prices, durations, included credits, and trial eligibility are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Credits and Generated Content

Credits are used to request AI generation features. The number of credits required may vary by model, duration, quality, and feature. Generated output depends on your inputs, selected models, third-party service availability, and safety systems. You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, images, photos, audio, and other content you submit are lawful and that you have the necessary rights to use them.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the app to create unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, payment systems, entitlement checks, rate limits, or service restrictions. Access to features may be limited, suspended, or refused when required for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or service reliability.
